1. When machining, the cutting fluid must be aligned with the tool, which can effectively cool the tool and improve the product finish. When machining different materials, choose the appropriate cutting fluid. For example, when machining copper electrodes with a mold engraving and milling machine, be sure to choose the cutting oil.
2. Avoid fires. For example, when the engraving machine is processing flammable workpieces such as organic materials and wood, a dry powder fire extinguisher should be placed around the machine.
3. The countertop, beam, sheet metal, etc. of the CNC engraving and milling machine are prohibited from placing any objects, and any part of the body is prohibited from entering the machine during processing.
4. Before processing, be sure to confirm whether the orientation of each axial starting point is accurate.
5. During the operation of the machine tool, stop close investigation of the cutting workpiece to avoid cutting debris splashing into the eyes. During the investigation, suspend the operation of the machine tool and close the electric spindle. During the processing of the cnc engraving and milling machine, stop touching the workpiece and scrubbing the surface of the workpiece by hand. Stop touching the tool in the rotation of the mold by hand.
6. Stop plugging and unplugging cables, boards and electrical equipment with electricity. This will damage the equipment and even cause personnel damage.
